Do Not Sell My Personal Information
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect about you, request deletion of that information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for money. We do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share your inquiry information with the licensed septic contractor assigned to your job so they can perform the requested service. This is a business-purpose share, not a sale.
To request access to, deletion of, or correction of your personal information, email contact@beaumontseptictanks.com with "CCPA Request" in the subject. We respond within 45 days as required by California law.
To protect against fraudulent requests, we may ask you to verify your identity before processing an access, deletion, or correction request. Verification is limited to information reasonable to confirm you are the person the data relates to.
We do not discriminate against California residents who exercise their CCPA rights. Your service and referral treatment will be the same regardless of whether you exercise these rights.
You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written proof of authorization.
